Yesterday I met Rich Siri of Infusco Coffee at his warehouse in Sawyer. He started his foray into the world of coffee with a clay pot and a bunch of burnt beans but he’s grown into a great local business/distributor of coffee from around the world, he even owns a plot a land in Kenya where he works with local farmers to produce quality beans for his business.
